Beavers Lane Camp, Hounslow, London is a former camp of the British Army. ==History== The camp was originally built as an extension to the Cavalry Barracks, Hounslow. In the spring of 1942 the camp became home to the 70th Battalion the Middlesex Regiment, who had been stationed in the Cavalry Barracks, Hounslow (a few hundred yards up on the other side of Beaver Lane); they remained there until August 1943. After the War it became an Infantry Training Centre with accommodation for circa 1,500 staff.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Edith's Streets )〕 The camp was the home of 10 Signals Regiment until 1983〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Beavers Lane Camp, Hounslow - home to 10 Signals Regiment )〕 when the camp was closed and the site became an industrial estate.〔
